SeaTown and STAM Announce Change in Control

Singapore, 12 June 2019 – Further to the announcement by SeaTown Holdings International Pte. Ltd. (“SeaTown”) and ST Asset Management Ltd. (“STAM”) on 1st April 2019, SeaTown and STAM announced today that they have received regulatory approval for the change in control in STAM from Fullerton (Private) Limited to SeaTown Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“SeaTown Holdings”), the parent entity of SeaTown. STAM will now be a wholly-owned entity of SeaTown Holdings.
