The Private Investments group comprises dedicated teams managing direct investments in private credit and private equity. The teams invest capital in businesses across a wide range of sectors and geographies, either through credit or equity, to enable these businesses to expand and navigate market environments.
The Public Markets team seeks to generate alpha through active investment management. The team includes portfolio management, trading and investment research functions.
The ESG Management and Research team leads SeaTown’s ESG strategy across both investments and corporate functions. The team also works closely with the investment group on ESG integration and thematic research.
The Business Development team includes Sales and Distribution as well as Investor Relations and Corporate Communications functions. The Sales and Distribution team is responsible for all fundraising activities of SeaTown’s funds and works closely with distribution partners. The Investor Relations and Corporate Communications team is responsible for engaging and communicating with investors as well as managing any external communications with media and the public.
The ESG Management and Research team leads SeaTown’s ESG strategy across both investments and corporate functions. The team also works closely with the investment group on ESG integration and thematic research.
The Human Resources team embodies SeaTown’s core values and works with all internal functions as a trusted business partner. The team empowers employees, foster collaboration and drives innovation to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Legal and Compliance teams provide legal and regulatory compliance support in areas such as fund launches, fundraising, distributions and investment activities.
The Risk and Performance Analytics team oversees SeaTown’s risk management processes and ensures accurate and timely performance reporting and provides insightful data analytics for all SeaTown’s funds.
The Systems and Data team works closely with all internal functions across SeaTown to develop and maintain technological capabilities for the teams, and to constantly improve the firm’s technological infrastructure and operations.
Finance and Operations teams oversee all finance and operations processes of SeaTown and its funds, including accounting, financial reporting, cash management and trades settlement. The teams also provide key support to enable new fund or product launches.
